Returns & Exchanges
In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it for a refund, hassle-free. You need to notify us and arrange a return of your unwanted items within 30 days of receiving your order. For UK returns, we will provide a free Royal Mail returns label. All non-UK orders need be returned using customer's own postage.
In order to do this the item(s) must be in a new and unworn condition with all packaging and garment tags still attached. We cannot accept any used items and any such items will be returned to the purchaser. Refunds will be made to the original method of payment used to purchase the Items once we have accepted your returned item(s). Please note that we do not refund original shipping costs for any returned items unless the items are faulty.

Items are classed as faulty if they are received damaged, or where it can be proven that there has been a manufacturing defect. Any fault must be brought to our attention within 30 days of receipt. Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear shall not be considered faulty.
